The Function Of A Leader

The People Game leader should have as his or her primary purpose that "everyone" has a good time. This is the first purpose shown in this manual.

It is not difficult to do, however, it is done in the game by helping the person find something worth communicating and helping him feel freer to communicate. The end result would be that he communicated something and felt good because of having done so. Of course, the leader should not feel that he has to "force" everyone to have a good time, but he must keep in mind always that it is part of the leader purpose to help them do so. The games and procedures are structured to make this as easy as possible.
