FEELING GOOD is something that everybody wants. Feeling GREAT is a special thing that most people hope will happen more often. Good feelings are the basic joy of life.


BUT THAT ISN’T ALL. When you feel good, you are active, energetic, friendly, and creative. When other people feel good they are cooperative, helpful, and interesting. The vitality that comes from good feelings is even good for your health. Pleasant thoughts are relaxing, and laughter is actually therapeutic.


When you feel low, the opposite happens! Think about it!  When you feel low you are inactive, moody, and/or unsociable. When others feel low they are uncooperative, demanding, and uninteresting. And stress feelings are harmful to your health! Long-term stress, anger, or despair are proven to be physically damaging. 


Your underlying feelings determine your attitudes and decisions. Frustrations about one thing carry over and make it difficult to deal with other things. An Emotional Barrier can prevent you from solving problems. Your feelings rule your life, even though you may not realize it.
